The final four spots were decided on Tuesday morning (after delayed shortened the usual Monday qualifier), rounding out the full Valspar Championship field for play beginning Thursday, March 16. The four participants, all firing a six-under (66) at Spring Hill’s Southern Hills Course, will compete alongside the PGA Tour’s biggest names like Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth over the weekend.

The four qualifiers are:

Alex Chiarella: a Korn Ferry Tour member and native of Hawaii

Chris Nido: a Florida Gator

Danny Guise: former Wake Forest collegiate

Peter Knade: Pronounced “nade”, a University of Maryland graduate

Do these competitors have what it takes to make the cut, earn some prize money, and infiltrate the leaderboard?
