Episode 1 with Toussaint Werner of Chicago, IL
Toussaint is one of the most opinionated, honest people I know. To say I REALLY know him would be an embellishment – we’ve spoken infrequently over the past several years. I have, though, taken note of Tou’s opinions from afar – disagreeing with most, agreeing with some and recognizing my own racial basis in all.
I did not have expectations of where this conversation might go although I knew race would be a centerpiece. Toussaint did not disappoint.
